1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and bga33 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern your access to and use of the bga33 website at https://bga33.app, including all cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, deposit, withdrawal, bonus, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

Winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited without exception.

  Single Account Policy

  Each individual may register and maintain only one bga33 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If bga33 determines a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended without notice, pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus funds forfeited. Players who have self-excluded may not open a new account under any circumstances.

  Accurate Registration Information

  You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bga33 may require KYC documentation at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access bga33's Services you must complete the registration process. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a chosen username, and a password. An OTP will be sent via SMS to verify your mobile number. Registration is free and there is no obligation to deposit upon signing up.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bga33 account credentials. Do not share your password or OTP codes with any third party. bga33 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bga33 supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bga33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits

The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by bga33, though individual payment providers may apply daily transaction limits. Deposits are credited in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. bga33 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems. Only deposit using a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 15 minutes, 24 hours a day including Bangladesh public holidays. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit to prevent money laundering. bga33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification for withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bga33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal campaigns tied to Bangladesh events such as the BPL season, Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Durga Puja. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer and the general bonus rules in this section.

Accepting a bonus constitutes your agreement to all applicable bonus terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

  Wagering Requirements

  All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of ৳20,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute less.

  Bonus Expiry

  All bonuses and associated free spins expire 7 days after being credited to your account unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from expired bonuses will be removed automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period.

  Bonus Abuse

  bga33 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged b ets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Where abuse is detected, bga33 reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, remove the bonus balance, and suspend or permanently close the account.

  No Cash Value Until Wagered

  Bonus funds have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus funds may not be transferred, gifted, or exchanged. bga33 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bga33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

All content on the bga33 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bga33 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bga33 trademark, logo, and brand identity are proprietary assets. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any bga33 content is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bga33 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to resell the Services, collect or use product listings, make derivative works, or use data mining tools. This licence terminates automatically upon any breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bga33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or system failure arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services. bga33's total cumulative liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bga33 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or events outside bga33's reasonable control — including network failures, payment provider outages, or force majeure events — may cause temporary unavailability. bga33 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to notify players of extended outages via the platform or email.

9. Responsible Gaming

bga33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to treat online betting as entertainment and to set personal limits suited to their financial circumstances. The following tools are available free of charge to all bga33 account holders: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time alerts, cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days), and self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable). These tools can be activated from account settings at any time.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

bga33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion without prior notice in cases including: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; money laundering; bonus abuse; self-exclusion requests; failure to complete KYC verification; or accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months with a zero balance. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance — after deduction of bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

11. Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the bga33 platform after amended Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. 12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
